2022 Ford Mustang Shelby GT500 & Heritage Edition

The Ford Mustang has been a standout in Grafton for the last 58 years, and its power and heritage continue to be coveted by drivers today. The Mustang has been the world's top-selling sports coupe for seven years running now, based on S&P Global Mobility's data. Several trims and variants are available in today's Mustang line, including the Mach 1, the Shelby GT500, and others.

The Mustang's popularity in the United States remains strong, with 76% of global sales in this country. However, the Mustang's popularity has also been expanding in several other countries. For example, Mustang sales grew by 54.3% in New Zealand and 37.3% in Brazil in 2021. In addition, custom orders doubled in this same year.

The Ford Mustang's appeal will grow stronger in 2022 with the debut of new special editions and exterior colors. Code Orange is now offered specifically for the Shelby GT 500. Brittany Blue Metallic has been reintroduced for the Coastal Limited and GT 500 Heritage Edition.

In 2021, the Mustang Mach-E was released and immediately gained recognition among drivers and industry experts. The model has been acknowledged as the North American Utility Vehicle of the Year, a finalist for the 2022 World Car of the Year, the Car and Driver 2021 EV of the Year, the 2022 Kelley Blue Book Best Buy, and the 2022 Ward's Best Award.
