Jim and Becky Toothman
Jim and Becky have owned and operated Toothman Ford Sales, Inc. in
Grafton since 1967. With over 39 years of experience in the automotive business, Jim and
Becky are fixtures in the business community of North Central WV. Toothman Ford Sales was
recently given the prestigious Ford Motor Company Partners In Quality award. They
were the only West Virginia dealer to be named and one of only 70 natiowide. Mr. and
Mrs. Toothman are both graduates of Alderson-Broadus College. They have three children,
Debby, Betsy and J. R. They also have six grandchildren, J. D., Michael, Paige, Alison,
Jarrett, and Bailey.

J. R. Toothman III
J.R. is a 1994 graduate of the University of Miami, Florida, and has over ten years of
experience at Toothman Ford Sales, Inc. J. R. is a member of the E. S. P. Professional
Sales Guild as well as Ford Motor Company's Legends and Leaders 300 / 500 club. J.
R. has also completed the National Automobile Dealer Academy in Washington,D. C. He
resides in Grafton with his wife, Stephanie. He has two children, Jarrett and
Bailey. He is associated with many organizations within the community. |

Dan McCollough
Dan has nearly 20 years of experience in the automotive industry and is a Ford Certified
Sales Manager. Dan resides in Morgantown with his two children Walt and Haylie. He
enjoys golfing in his spare time. Dan brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to
the sales management team. Dan works continuously to bring the best possible deals to
our customers.

Donnie McMillen
Donnie is a lifelong resident of Masontown, WV. He lives there with his wife, Tawnya
and three sons, Corey, Tyler and Evan and nephew Casey. He is an outdoors
enthusiast. He also enjoys ATV riding,paintball and playing XBO360 with his
sons. Having worked in the automobile business for over 15 years, he brings plenty
of experience and knowledge to the dealership. Donnie is a Ford Certified Sales
Consultant.

Adam was born and raised in Clarksburg, WV. where he currently resides
with his wife Amber. He is a Ford Master Certified Sales Consultant with over
four years of sales experience. He enjoys motorcycle and ATV riding. Adam is

Rob was born and raised in Clarksburg. He

Brian resides in Weston . Brian is a 1995 graduate of Glenville State College in
Glenville WV. Brian started his Career in the car business 3 years ago. Brian has
been at Toothman Ford for 2 years starting as a Salesman and Working his way up to
Finance. Brian enjoys Football, Basketball, and Baseball along with many other hobbies. In
the short time Brian has been with Toothman Ford He has a great wealth of knowledge in

Carla and Joe are both residents of Grafton. With several years of dealership
experience between them, they handle everything from customer billing to state titling.
